An Shen Bu Xin Wan

Du Huo Ji Sheng Wan

  • Solitary Hermit Teapills
    • For chronic pain due to obstruction (bi zheng) with liver and kidney deficiency.
    • For lower back pain often with weakness and/or pain in the knees.
    • For arthritis, especially the type affected by cold/damp weather.
  • Expel Dampness
  • Dispel Wind-Dampness
  • Cautions
    • Use with caution during pregnancy.
    • Do not use with patients that present with damp heat or excess heat.

Jiao Ai Wan

  • Ass-Hide Gelatin and Mugwort Formula
    • Uterine bleeding/spotting.
    • Abdominal/Uterine/Ovarian cramping.
    • Irregular menstruation, history of miscarriage.
  • Stop Bleeding
  • Tonify and Stop Bleeding
  • Cautions
    • Avoid in cases of beng lou (flooding and spotting) when caused by heat or accompanied with strong heat signs.

Ming Mu Di Huang Wan

  • Rehmannia Pills to Brighten the Eyes
    • Blurry vision, floaters, possibly with dryness of the eyes as a result of the liver yin failing to nourish the eyes and kidney yin failing to brighten the vision.

Ren Shen Shou Wu Wan

  • Ginseng Fo-Ti Pills
    • Hair loss, dry hair, greying hair as a result of dimished jing/essence.
    • Low sperm count, low libedo, and infertility.

Shao Yao Gan Cao Wan

  • Peony and Licorice Decoction
    • Cramping and/or muscle spasms that are due to fluid deficiency.

    • Restless leg syndrome for patients who present with yin and blood deficiency as the primary cause.

    • The primary base formula for tonifying the blood and regulating menstruation in Chinese Medicine terms - irregular cycles, amenorrhea or long cycles.
    • Postpartum issues such as uterine bleeding when arising from blood deficiency.
    • General blood deficiency symptoms - dry skin, dry eyes, dry hair, anemia, calf cramping.  Certain version of dermatitis, psoriasis and other skin conditions - diabetic ulcers, etc.
    • With the right underlying factors threatened miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy.
    • Fertility issues, endometriosis.

Suan Zao Ren Wan

Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan

Xiao Yao Wan

  • Free and Easy Wanderer
    • Depression, anxiety, Headache, vertigo, hypochondriac pain, fatigue, poor appetite, bitter taste in the mouth.  In women - PMS, breast distention, irregular menstruation, fertility issues.
    • The Pulse will be wiry and deficient and the Tongue will be pale-red/purplish.
