SI 1 Lesser Marsh

.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail on the ulnar side of the little finger.

SI 2 Front Valley

When a loose fist is made, at the ulnar end of the crease, distal to the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint at the junction of the red & white skin.

SI 3 Back Ravine

When a loose fist is made, at the ulnar end of the distal palmar crease proximal to the 5th metacarpal phalangeal joint at the junction of the red & white skin.

SI 4 Wrist Bone

On the ulnar side of the palm in a depression between the base of the 5th metacarpal joint and the hamate bone.

SI 5 Yang Valley

On the ulnar end of the transverse wrist crease in a depression between the styloid process of the ulna and the triquetral bone.

SI 6 Nursing the Aged

Dorsal to the head of the ulna in the body cleft on the radial side of the styloid process, found with the palm facing the chest.

SI 7 Branch to the Correct

5 cun proximal to the dorsal crease of the wrist on the SI 5 to SI 8 line.

SI 8 Small Sea

Between the olecranon process of the ulna and the medial epicondyle of the humerus, found with the elbow flexed.

SI 9 True Shoulder

1 cun above the posterior end of the axillary fold, posterior and inferior to the shoulder joint, found with the arm adducted.

SI 10 Upper Arm Shu

With the arm abducted, directly above SI 9 in a depression inferior to the scapular spine.

SI 11 Celestial Gathering

On the scapula in a depression at the center of the infrascapular fossa, found at the junction of the upper and middle third between the lower scapular spine and the inferior angle of the scapula.

SI 12 Grasping the Wind

Directly above SI 11 in the center of the suprascapular fossa, found in a depression when the arm is lifted.

SI 13 Crooked Wall

At the medial extremity of the suprascapular fossa midway between SI 10 and the spinous process of T2.

SI 14 Outer Shoulder Shu

3 cun lateral to the spinous process of T1 (GV 13).

SI 15 Central Shoulder Shu

2 cun lateral to the spinous process of C7 (GV 14).

SI 16 Celestial Windows

On the lateral side of the neck, posterior to the SCM and LI 18, level with the Adam's apple.

SI 17 Celestial Countenance

Posterior to the angle of the mandible in a depression on the anterior border of the SCM.

SI 18 Cheek Bone Hole

Directly below the outer canthus of the eye in a depression on the lower border of the zygoma.

SI 19 Auditory Palace

Anterior to the tragus and posterior to the condyloid process of the mandible, in a depression formed when the mouth is opened.
